The Kramer Panel Story

In February of 2005, Will Kramer invented THE KRAMER PANEL SYSTEM. His business is not any ordinary post frame construction company, but one he knows will revolutionize the industry. Will had a vision for the future that would speed the framing process up by cutting down on the labor that goes into measuring and cutting of the wood. Will designed a REVOLUTIONARY pre-fabricated panel system that not only met his goal of speeding up jobsite assembly, but also made his buildings stronger than average post frame buildings.

Although no other wall systems in post frame construction are required to be engineered, Will took his panels to an outside engineering firm to be inspected. The panels were tested and passed with flying colors! With stress rated lumber and truss plates, the panels are equipped to handle stronger wind and snow loads than the typical post frame building.

Along with supplying these REVOLUTIONARY pre-fabricated panels, Will has designed pre-assembled truss blocks that are included in all of his post frame packages.

Each eave wall panel consists of a 2 x 10 header system, a 2 x 4 MSR v-shaped header support, 2 x 4 (Machine Stress Rated) side purlins and jack studs, and a 2 x 8 treated yellow pine skirt board. Truss plates are used to couple the different components of the panel together. The panels are attached to the poles with ACQ approved nails at 6” on center or ACQ approved lags at 24” on center, and trusses with Double dipped Galvanized nails at 6” on center or ACQ approved lags as

required by an engineer. The wall panels on the gable are designed exactly like the wall panels on the eave minus the header system and the roof panels are constructed of all MSR 2 x 4’s.

All eave wall panels are sold at 2’, 4’, 6’, and 8’ widths and 8’ - 20’ heights in 2’ increments.

* Roof panels are sold in 4’ and 8’ widths and 6’ - 16’ lengths at 2’ increments also.

* Also available are panels designed to be used for sliding doors, single or split.

Once the poles are set, the eave wall panels are centered from pole to pole. Each building comes with a drawing that explains where each individual wall and roof panel is placed. The eave wall panels are placed around the building until all of them are installed. Once the wall panels are installed, the old method of restringing the building is no longer necessary, because the panels automatically square up the roof and straighten the wall and roof systems. Then the trusses and the roof panels are installed. During construction of your pole building 40’ or wider, the trusses, roof panels and laterals should be installed at the same time.

The roof panels and trusses are easily installed using a boom.

With Over 250 buildings built this way in Nine states, it is quickly becoming the DO IT YOURSELFER'S easiest and strongest option. Available to be shipped WORLDWIDE.
