     While vacationing in Florida for the past several decades, I fell in love with the state. I love the beauty and wild nature that exist all over Florida. I have always planned on moving to FLorida at some point. Over the years of being in Florida, I have met some great people and it has opened the door for me to start offering my consulting services in Florida.

 

     I have established working relationships with roll formers, truss factories and lumber yards to do business with. As a consultant, I always look to build relationships with the people that I know and trust.

 

     I have been fortunate to meet some extraordinary people like my engineer who is based in Florida and has been for the past 8 years. When I have needed engineering for the KRAMER PANEL SYSTEM whether in DE or in FL my engineer has been able to accomodate me. He knows the KRAMER PANEL SYSTEM well and it is built to with stand the hurricanes and severe weather that is found in Florida. My system can be rated up to 150-180 mph winds depending on how many fasteners are used. We engineer the buildings we design for each county which can mean our buildings cost can vary from county to county.

     We are proud to use POST PROTECTORS as a structural part of our building designs. They create uplift and protect the soil from contaminets that may leach out of the pole. It also provides a barrier for insects such as termites that may try to attack the poles. This building will be there for many great years of use and stand the test of time. The buildings can be very easily re-skinned in 40-5- years to basically give your building a new look again.

 

     We only use Fasten Master Headloks for our systems in Florida. This makes the building easy to construct while also allowing you the option of selling the building to someone down the road and it can be easily disassembled and re-asssembled at a different location.
